A large insurance company in Ireland was facing performance issues, as the dealers were struggling to assess causes for the loss of productivity. Our audit pointed out that limited support from centralized Global IT was the cause of this, and we were asked to step in to find a solution.

As part of their Group Technology Strategy, a leading provider of corporate foreign exchange company dealing in 140 currencies wanted to modernise their IT and adopt cloud services within the constraints of a stringent timelines of data centre exit and minimal downtime (for their production foreign exchange serving platform) along with external dependencies like limited understanding of current setup, limited support from incumbent supplier, environment provisioning and internal dependencies like scheduled changes and change freeze, business continuity.

Simplex performed assessment of the right cloud platform, high and level low design, provisioning and migration of Azure Cloud environment, production cutover and disaster recovery setup.
